This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the MeteredVPN service. By using our service, you agree to comply with this policy.

Prohibited Activities

You may not use MeteredVPN for any of the following:

• Distribution or storage of illegal content, including child sexual abuse material
• Sending unsolicited bulk messages (spam) or phishing attempts
• Launching or facilitating network attacks, including DDoS, port scanning, or unauthorized access attempts
• Copyright infringement, including unauthorized distribution of copyrighted material
• Harassment, threats, or stalking of any individual or group
• Fraud, identity theft, or impersonation
• Any activity that violates the laws of your jurisdiction or the jurisdiction of our servers
• Reselling or redistributing VPN access without authorization
• Attempts to circumvent bandwidth metering or billing systems

Consequences

Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account. Remaining credits are non-refundable in cases of policy violation. We reserve the right to report illegal activity to the appropriate authorities.
